Will's Kindergarten graduation!

Well my Will graduated from Kindergarten a couple of weeks ago. I am so proud of how much he has grown throughout his kindergarten year and what a joy it was to spend the extra one on one time with him each afternoon. I know his teacher has prepared him well for first grade but it will be interesting being away from both my kids all day long next year. It is a natural progression but not always an easy transition. I am excited to see what God has in store for all of us next fall. Right now we are enjoying our summer to the fullest. I hope to post some video of Will and his class singing soon,

Will is in Kindergarten!!

Will is in Kindergarten, he was very happy his first day and very talkative. In Dublin they only go half days and so Will goes in the AM. He went Tuesday, Thursday and Friday last week so this week will be the first five day week.

Mike came on Thurday to wish Will the best and of course that was a great bonus for Will. I did not have a hard time sending him to kindergarten as he was actually gone longer for preschool then he will be for kindergarten. I am going to enjoy these half days with my little man. He is so full of energy and I am excited to see what fun adventures the afternoon will bring us.

Kindergarten Graduation

Yesterday was Abby's kindergarten graduation program. She got to wear a cap and gown, sing songs and recieve a diploma. What a fun day for all. My mom and mother-in-law both came as well as Mike, Will and myself.

Here she is before the ceremony, Abby and her two little friends got to pass out the programs. Her little brother Will was so proud. It was a fairly long program for him to get through but he did a great job. Thanks to my mom for keeping tabs on him so Mike and I could video tape the performance.

Here she is recieving her diploma from her teacher and the principal.

This is Abby with her teacher Mrs. Fisher. She has been so great as a teacher. She comes up with the most creative programs and songs for the kids to sing. She has her mom(a former teacher) come in the classroom alot and has used some of her mom's ideas for the performances. We feel so blessed that Abby was placed in this class. All the kids are super nice and play so well together.

Here are the proud parents. We are so happy to see Abby blossom throughout the year. She has become a great reader, friend and wonderful daughter. Thankyou Lord for such a special, sweet little girl
